Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: 1. Cancelation will be accepted up to 24hrs before start time. 2. To confirm the service you require you must select ‘Book Now’. 3. Select a date and time, enter your details and be sure to check you have selected the correct service. 4. You will be charged for the balance displayed. 5. Once you’ve paid the balance. 6. A confirmation email will be sent to your email. Payment Policy: Over charge 1. If you pay for the wrong service you have 7 workings days to contact us so we can amend the charges and refund the difference for the correct service. An updated invoice will be sent to you via email. Under charge 1. If you pay for the wrong service we will contact you with a new invoice to pay the balance for the correct service. An updated will be sent to you via email. 2. If this charge is not settled no design work will be executed. Once the balance is settled the design process will then begin. Refunds Policy: No refunds will be permitted once the design process has began. Design Policy: 1. The Free consultation is our starting point - In this meeting we establish what service will suit your needs. 2. Meeting number two which will happen after you have paid for the service, we confirm colours, fonts, style influences etc. 3. We now enter the 3 stages of our design journey; Initial design, Design development and final design. 4. Initial Design - this is the embodiment of the design criteria received from the client during our service booking meeting. 5. Design development - We come to a conclusion of what elements are important to the client and agree on focal points in the design. 6. Final Design - Depending on the type of service booked; a final logo/poster/booklet design is then selected or the client has confirmed satisfaction with Video editing project.) 7. A confirmation email is then sent to client concluding the design process. 8. Should the client want further amendments after this, they would have to book the “Amendment service” and will be charged £50 per booking.
